1. Experience is much improved. Food, transportation, in-game entertainment, fan vibes, etc are all A+. The new owners have really excelled.
2. Attendance is much improved. On a random Tuesday game in November, the game was a sell-out with only a few empty seats by halftime
3. The team is marginally better. They are competitive + super entertaining…but not yet Championship level.
