Kubota Garden in Seattle, Washington

I got to stop in Kubota Garden on a trip to Seattle, Washington. It’s a city owned & operated Park, so it doesn’t get much tourist promotion or marketing. It’s also quite a ways from Downtown and the hotel district.

But wow was it absolutely incredible.

It’s a Japanese-style Garden that is large, well-maintained, and simply gorgeous. It helps that Washington has a similar climate to Japan, so it has a lot more healthy species than other Japanese Gardens that I’ve visited.
