Brilliant performance art -> Forty News. Events are important, but the daily news is not the medium to understand them.

Forty News has a running daily “newspaper” with the top news articles from 40 years ago on this day. It’s absolutely fascinating to see what seemed so important 40 years ago…that, while the events were important, they make no sense without a larger context. It really says something about the way we consume news now and is something that I want to keep top of mind whenever I see the daily headlines passing across my screens.
